TUNG is arrested and HAU begs HOI to release him. HOI lets go of him as HAU has saved him several times. YAU is discontented. In order to open the casino again, YAU hires two men who admit to be the killers. HOI is unhappy with YAU's dirty trick. After all the difficulties, KEUNG is impressed by KWAN. He asks KWAN to marry him. In order to flatter CHING, LIK spends time on literature and drama. CHING knows his intention and she asks him to give up. LIK tells her that KEUNG is dead.
