Der "Outsider" ist eine biosynthetische Waffe! Im Geheimauftrag der Regierung geschaffen als eine Tötungsmaschine, entflieht das ungestalte Monster seinen Schöpfern im südamerikanischen Dschungel, wo es eine Serie grauenhafter Morde begeht. Auch die Todesschwadron um Major Ferguson - Wings Hauser -, die das unkontrollierbare Wesen vernichten soll, wird durch das Ungetüm brutal dezimiert. Nur "Einstein", eine weitere Züchtung aus dem Labor mit einem IQ von 175, kennt die Absichten des unverletzlich erscheinenden "Outsider". Es kommt zu einer unvorstellbaren Schlacht Mensch gegen perfekten Predator.
