Pongsakorn Jindawatana
Dr. Pongsakorn Jindawatana, born and raised in the Ratchaburi province, began writing from an early age when he was in elementary school. His passion was supported by his parents who always encouraged him to read and write. Dr. Pongsakorns first work was a short story titled "Puk Pui" and it was published in a children's journal called Swita when he was 11 years old in 1977-1984. Gifted in not only literature but also overall academically, Dr. Pongsakron eventually began studying medicine in 1987 and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Khon Kaen University in 1993. He later advanced his education by specialising in family medicine and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in USA. Currently, Dr. Pongsakorn Jindawatana is working as a senior director of communications within Bangkok Hospital. Aside from that, he continues his other passion which is writing and also co-owns a publishing house called "Groove Publishing" with his sister Sulawun Chantarawarin (sister) and younger brother Attharat Chantarawarin.
