Sandra's tweelingzus werd toen ze nog kinderen waren op brute wijze vermoord door een seriemoordenaar. Vijftien jaar later is Sandra nu een professionele journaliste wiens carrière op het spel staat. Sandra krijgt nog een laatste kans: een opdracht die de zwaarste van haar leven zal blijken te zijn. Ze wordt teruggestuurd naar de locatie van de moord op haar zus om een kijkje achter de schermen te nemen voor een hardcore pornofilm. Daar wordt ze gedwongen de geesten uit haar verleden te confronteren terwijl een nieuwe copycat-moordenaar zijn zinnen op Sandra heeft gezet.
