Thus a new civilization is born, hidden away under the surface of the moon and secret bases on Mars. This covert colonization of space, including the continuing construction of space vehicles and the massive effort to fund it, must be protected at all costs. So new degrees of deceptions are developed to keep these secrets away from the public and the prying eyes of government officials, as well.
