YAT meets CHING again while carrying out his work. He tries hard to hide away from her but eventually meets her again at Sham Shui Po. CHING has become "The Bad Woman of Sham Shui Po" because she was fired by her evil boss and became bankrupt. Since then, she starts living in the public toilet. YAT tells his family members about this and his family members want to help CHING. HING tries to lend money to CHING but CHING is enraged by his action...
