On a rainy day, Tetsuro goes out to meet Otome as he is told strictly not to let her get wet. Otome Konno, the brain of Koi Koi Seven, has a big secret. "Are my hands warm?" Tetsuro is surprised to check Otome's temperature. She invites him for a hang-around on the way back home and takes Tetsuro to a soggy puppy in a cardboard box.
